i have a building which now houses a tire shop and about 1/2 acre of land i also have a house non owner occ that we have gutted and need cash to complete my fica is 670"s due to personal loans used for these properties i am never late on payments but it is getting harder, i would like cash to consolidate these outstanding bills totaling about $60.000. which is the best way to go?
