[B] sad.gif Well My husband is trying to apply for a mortage loan, and as we know they will ask him for a co-sign, Can I be his co sign in a mortage loan?

Yes they allow this in modern day America.

But it won't do any good if you, yourself need a co-signer.

In some states, some lenders will require the spouse to be on the loan.

They absolutely can...but the better question is...who has the better credit...and who makes the most money. Those answers will help to better answer if you will be an acceptable co-borrower for this loan.

Yes, you can either apply for a loan by yourself or with your spouse, even though that is appying jointly for the laon it is effect the exact same thing as co-signing.
