I have a client that is looking at a beach front properti in the Dominican republic, he has a Sales contract for $255,000. Looking for a lender that can do the loan, if it goes threw there are 4 more deals in the works, EX:

1. One brother looking at a $1.1 million dollar beach front property
2. Anotherbrother looking at a $700,000 beach front property
3. His best friend is looking at a $480,000 Beach front property
4. His son & wife Are looking at a $600,000 Beach front property

all five properties are in the same general area, and they all want to live there. If i can get this first deal done, then they are all on board.
