Hi,
I really need some good financial advice. I am a really good hard worker but i can't seem to make enough money for me and my family. I really want to get into the real estate business for myself. I have got tired of working for other people like a dog in a deadend job. And another thing is that I am not sure if banks will loan me money if i apply for it since my credit history is not very good. I would really appreciate for some good advice. Investing in income producing property?

Constructing?

What kind of project under those three are you looking to take on?

Unfortunately, all of the above will need some capital to begin with. If you do not have it, you will need to enlist equity investors.
