Hello there. I'm looking for a lender with 100% financing for this loan. Here are the specifics:
Transaction: Purchase
Occ: Non Owner
Mid Score: 673
Location: So Calif
Price: $600k
Property: SFR
Income: Stated S/E (Realtor)
Note: The borrower is looking to flip this in about 6 months and would prefer to have a prepay penalty. Other than that rate is not really an issue.
Any help on this greatly appreciated. -Juan

Typically with that FICO and wanting to go Stated we are looking at 90% CLTV but I can research with other investors if you still need help on this an possibly go 100%.
