I am a loan processor and we have a client who is wanting to purchase 120 acres of land (about 5 acres has a house on it). He is wanting to build subdivisions on it but is wanting to just purchase the property right now.
100 acres raw land is valued @ $390,000 the other parcel of 20 acres w/house is $249,192 (they conjoin)

Any assistance in pointing me to a lender would be appreciated.
