I am looking to purchase an investment property with 12 units or more (borrowing amount not to exceed 1.7 million). I am a land lord now, and am ready to move up to the next level with a muli-family unit. Credit scores great, I need to know who is willing and able to back my a small business adventure.

What information would you like to see me provide to you, to make this process go smooth and quick?

- You want to borrow $1.7MM, but you did not mention how much equity you are willing to contribute.

- As a lender, the word “adventure” makes me want to run for the hills.

I am a broker and direct lender.
I can provide 90% ltv to 1 million.
otherwise, we need 20% down. we can do stated (no income verification)

I will need rent rolls, current operating statement, loan application and income tax returns for 2 years.
