Is there any hope ???


I am trying for 2 weeks to do this Loan.


Borrower 621 co-borrower 650

13 unit 13000 sqft(each unit 1000sqft)

Property is free and clerar (was purchased cash 1 year ago)

property is vacant.

borrower can show 20,000 on the bank and 100,000 equity from the other 5 properties(between both of them).

so 70,000 equity from the subject property
20,000 cash on the bank
100,000 equity from the other properties that they own between them

FUTURE VALUE IS 325,000

can anybody do this Loan????

If nobody in here can do this ,,can you at least give me some names for

hard money lenders .

I really need help ,I feel hopeless.
