I am looking for a lender interested in doing franchise financing. The franchise has been around for a long time and has a strong concept to create cash flow.
I have excellent credit, cash injection, and a solid business plan. I also have a growth and expansion plan and anticipate doing so well that I will open more of these franchises in the near future.

Have you been successful at this type of retail before! Nonetheless, you sound encouraging. Let's try and work together on this -prepare a business plan with a dossier of your past accomplishments and financials 3 years out and check your franchises' rating. Once you do this we can talk to the underwriter about your loan. Send them over via e-mail when you are ready and we'll talk! Good Luck!

As a franchisee, the ease or difficulity in obtaining a loan depends on several factors: The success of the franchisor (how many closings have they had); The lenght of time the franchisor has been in business and franchising; the industry you are in (i.e. restaurant, hotel, etc); your experience in this industry; and the obvious of profitabliity, credit and equity.
I have been very successful in obtaining loans for some of the more difficult industries. The key is to prepare a realistic business plan including accurate proformas. Additionally, lenders seem to develope areas of expertiese and not all banks are interested in all types of loans.
I would be more than happy to discuss this with you in more detail. Please email me if you are interested.
