Looking 41 million from investors to Develop a green center in topeka Kansas Area Large scale project for waste to steam, also bio-diesel, greenhouses and recycling , fisheries. Built in customer at location to buy steam for proceesing and recovering waste heat to produce Bio-Diesel and greenhouse , fish operation many state incentives and tax credit available .
