I have a client who has a plan for a proposed bio-diesel refinery located in the state of Illinois. This is a sound plan with substantial backing from various individuals and groups. They are looking for an amount of $55MM to secure the development of the plant which would produce at least 30 million gallons of fuel per year. They have a substantial amount of backing and secured a major multi-million dollar client who has contractually agreed to 100% purchase of the fuel as well as the marketing and the distribution of the product over the next 10 years. The principals are offering 25% interest in the company. Please advise with some direction or sources

We may be able to help fund this Bio-diesel project.
