Have a strong Developer and strong Project in Costa Rico. Need a Direct Lender that can offer a low point loans for this strong deal. We have had much interest but Principals will not take a high point loan on this transaction.They feel the project and strong cash reserves should allow them to get prefered pricing Only Direct Lenders apply Only
