LTV Loan to Value

Posted by: Guest_Darrell Aug 12 2004, 01:32 AM
Is LTV (Loan to Value) calculated on the value the seller is selling it for, or can it be the actual value of the land, say an appraised value?

Thank You

Darrell

Loan-to-value will be calculated using the lower of purchase price or appraised value.
