| Is there any lending institution in Michigan that will re-finance vacant land? I own a 2.3-acre parcel that I would like to take out a loan or land contact for cash, but can not finding a lending institution that will use the land as collateral? |

Sorry, but I don’t refer people to specific lenders. Maybe one of the brokers here can help you. {note to financial professionals: make sure that you read the rules before answering}
Is there a reason why the lenders are turning you down? Is it because they don’t lend on land or is it something else?
It would also be a good idea if you say how much money you are looking for as well as your estimate of value for the land.
